About Delve
Delve is a top-down cave crawl you play on your own, in the browser, with no account and nothing to install. You carry a lamp through the dark, and each level ends when you find the stairs down.
Move with the arrow keys or W, A, S and D, in any direction. On a touch screen, buttons appear under the playing field. P pauses and R starts the level again.
Your lamp only lights so far, so the cave shows itself as you go. Each key opens one door, so choose which door to open with care. Gems are there to collect, and the clock is there to beat: each level remembers your best time and how many gems you found.
Water, bats and spiders send you back. Longer levels have lamp posts: touch one to light it, and you come back at the last one you lit instead of the start. Your keys, gems and opened doors are kept. The levels come in worlds, starting with the Upper caves; finish every level of a world to open the next.
Every level is a Level Lab file, and every picture a Sprite Lab file, so you can make your own cave or redraw the art and play it here.
